Frequently Asked Questions
Do you go by Toni?
I mainly go by Toni-Anne, but Toni is fine.
I am interested in working with you, how do we get started?
Feel free to contact us via email or using the contact form on the contact page. We’ll have a conversation about exactly what you’re looking for and create a plan just for you! After we’ve decided on a plan for you, we’ll draft a contract and an invoice. A 50% deposit is required before beginning each project.
Why do you require a 50% deposit before we can get started on my project?
Your 50% deposit serves as a guarantee for you and us to begin work. We get a lot of inquiries about our services, and your deposit places you on our priority list! We understand plans change or fall through at any time and they may not want to continue with their project so we do not reserve time for clients who have not paid their deposit or signed their contract.
We currently accept most major debit and credit cards. We will send you an invoice that will give you different payment options!
What’s included in my package?
All our clients experience custom packages made just for them, so what’s included is everything you ask for.
What platforms do you design for?
We design for WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, and many others. Although we can design on any platform, we prefer WordPress. With a Content Management System (CMS) that is easily adaptable and allows access to thousands of free plugins, it’s practically limitless. Whether you need a traditional website, somewhere online to show off your work such as a blog or portfolio, or a small shop, we can make it happen. Prefer to use one of the other platforms listed? Let’s discuss the best option for your business.
Will I be involved throughout the project?
Absolutely! We like our clients to be in the loop while working on their projects. We believe open communication is key to a great project. If at any time during the course of the project you have a question or concern, we do not want you to hesitate to reach out to us. You will also get updates periodically to make sure everything is still going as planned.
Do you work with clients around the world?
Yes! Although RCM is based in Dallas, TX, we’ve worked with clients across the U.S. and the Caribbean. We’re accustomed to working remotely and thanks to technology, it’s easier than ever to stay connected, no matter the time zone.
What is the timeline for my project?
Project timelines can vary depending on the scope and deliverables of your project, but on average, blog sites and small business websites can take 3 – 5 weeks from start to finish. More complex sites, including eCommerce sites, can take 4-6 weeks to finish.
